Our vehicle flooring treads are fully manufactured in the UK using high quality materials. We offer a fast turnaround for all orders and we work in high volumnes and smaller batch production orders.
Our vehicle flooring treads can be customised to your specifications. We offer staggered and parallel patterns and we can adjust the spacing between the raised holes to your preference. Fixing holes can also be added at no extra cost.
Standard sizes for raised hole car transporter flooring plates is 2500mm x 305mm and 2500mm x 610mm. We also offer bespoke sizing options up to 3000mm long x 1500mm wide.
The most common material for vehicle flooring plates is Aluminium due to its lightweight properties and cost effectiveness. We can also manufacture treads in Mild Steel and Galvanised Steel.

The primary use for punched decking is to provide industrial strength anti-slip properties. Our product offers this whilst maintaining its strength. Our flooring plates are punched using a CNC punch press to ensure parts are manufactured to tight tolerances. Due to the fully automated process, our punched decking is extremely cost effective.
Unperforated margins and cutouts can be added to the sheets at no extra cost.
