Truperf Perforated Panels

We supply and manufacture perforated infill panels for projects of all sizes. Available in a range of materials and thicknesses, our panels are suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Our Service

We work from engineering drawings and sketches to quote and manufacture architectural balustrade panels. We also accept digital files such as .pdf, .dxf, .dwg and .STEP.

Perforated Metal Panel Technical Information

Our perforated panels are available in thicknesses from 2mm – 5mm thick. The most common open area is 40%, however we can also manufacture panels with open areas from 20% – 50%.

Additional Services

  • Rolling
  • Folding
  • Powder Coating
  • Welding

Our perforated balustrade panels are manufactured as standard with unperforated margins. We can also add fixing holes at no extra cost.

We recommend using powder coated mild steel for interior applications and powder coated aluminium for outdoor applications.

Why Choose Perforated Metal Panels

Perforated metal is both cost effective and highly customisable. It is also easily cut and folded meaning panels can easily be manufactured to fit all types of staircase.

Our perforated products are available with unperforated margins as standard and fixing holes can be added at no extra cost.

FAQS

For round holes, we advise using holes less than 8mm diameter or holes greater than 20mm diameter.

The most cost effective type of perforated pattern is round holes on a staggered or parallel pitch. This is the most popular type of perforation, therefore more tooling is available. Large holes tend to be cheaper as machine running times are much lower compared to small hole panels. View our patterns for more information.

Delivery times vary depending on the project size and the manufacturing processes involved. We work from a base lead time of 2 weeks but larger projects with extra processing such as powder coating, can take 4-6 weeks.
